Liability Policy

We make every effort to be as careful as possible with your items, however, accidents are inevitable. So you are required to Notify Marymaid Luxury Cleaning within 24 hours of loss or breakage of any personal items.  Items which are antique, irreplaceable, hard to find, etc. are not covered by our breakage policy. We advice that these items are removed the day of your cleaning.

In order to protect us and our employees from injury, Marymaid Luxury Cleaning does not use ladders or move any items that weights more than 35 pounds . If you would like cleaning behind heavy objects, please move prior to cleaning.

Marymaid Luxury Cleaning is not responsible for damage incurred by the improper installation of any object. All surfaces are assumed sealed.  If you know of any surface not sealed, you must notify us so that we may clean properly.

Business Policies

Our clients with pet/domestic animals Marymaid Luxury Cleaning does not clean animal cages or litter boxes, animal droppings, human feces, urine, vomit, soiled clothing or other similar biohazards.

We recommend That alarm be turned off on the day of cleaning, If it must be on and the alarm is triggered, Marymaid Luxury Cleaning is not responsible for any fees associated with alarm.

Marymaid Luxury cleaning takes full reponsibility for replacing keys only if the key was misplaces by us. Marymaid Luxury Cleaning agrees to keep keys and other client information secure and confidential. 

Cleaning rates are subject to change as the condition of your home changes.  Additional services need to be requested in advance so we can schedule the additional time and supplies needed.

Business Hours/Holidays/Weather:

Business and visiting hours fall between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. and services are usually completed during this time

Marymaid Luxury Cleaning does not accept time specific calls as we cannot guarantee specific times accurately.  We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled cleanings due to inclement weather.

Marymaid Luxury Cleaning does holiday visits with and extra fees applied, If your scheduled day falls on a holiday Marymaid Luxury cleaning will call to reschedule you or if you need your cleaning done on that day you will be required to pay an additional fee of $50

Cancellation Policy:

Marymaid Luxury Cleaning requires a 2 days Cancellations notice prior to scheduled service or full cleaning fees will be applied.  This includes instances where we cannot access your home or an employee feels their personal safety is at risk due to an aggressive pet or actions by any individuals on the premise.

In cases where of safety is concern, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations. Marymaid Luxury Cleaning reserves the right to deny any service or terminate service(s) ,

Sickness:

We do not Charge for a rescheduling if someone in your home is sick (contagious), please contact our office and we will be happy to reschedule your cleaning without any extra fee

Payment Arrangement:

Payment is expected on the day of service.  A $20 non-payment fee will apply if payment is not received on scheduled cleaning day. If more than 1 consecutive service for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly customers is skipped, there will be an additional $50 fee in order to return your home back to the our standard. This will be added to you present cleaning visit.

All fees are due promptly and must be paid by electronic invoice via credit card online or via e-transfer.

Guarantee Policy:

At Marymaid Luxury Cleaning, Our customer satisfaction is our priority therefore we wants you to be completely satisfied at all times, If within 24 hours, you are not satisfied, We guarantee you that Marymaid luxury cleaning will come back to your home and re-clean said items at no additional charge.
